Adam Smith (M.Div.) is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently a member of the Society of Biblical Literature and Evangelical Theological Society. His research focuses on the Gospel of Matthew, theological interpretation of Scripture, patristic exegesis, and reception history of the Gospels. He has contributed to the Oxford Bibliographies. Regarding his involvement with the Center for Ancient Christian Studies, Adam is a regular contributor and part of the editorial staff. He pastors a church in Richmond, KY.
